These Terms & Conditions ("Website Terms") govern your access to and general use of the Hireinst website at https://www.hireinst.com/ and our publicly accessible pages and mobile-web content (together, the "Website"), including where you browse as a visitor without registering an account.
If you register an account or use account-based features (such as creating a profile, posting jobs, applying, messaging, verification, or subscriptions), your use is additionally and primarily governed by our Terms of Service, together with the policies it incorporates (including the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, Employer Terms, Worker Terms, and others).

2.2. Hireinst operates a two-sided online marketplace that helps restaurants and hospitality workers in India discover one another and arrange hiring directly. Hireinst is a technology platform and intermediary only, and is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency, as further explained in the Terms of Service.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. The Website and Services are intended only for persons aged 18 (eighteen) or above who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Website you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. PERMITTED USE OF THE WEBSITE
4.1. You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Website Terms. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the publicly available parts of the Website for your personal, non-commercial, informational use, and — where you are a genuine prospective User — to learn about and sign up for the Services.
4.2. You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

5.3. User and restaurant content. Content submitted by Users — including restaurant logos and brand marks — remains owned by the respective User or its licensors, as set out in the Terms of Service. Restaurant logos are and remain the property of the respective restaurants.
5.4. If you believe content on the Website infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may submit a notice under our Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT
6.1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, and may display content provided by Users or third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or content, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT ON PUBLIC PAGES

Such Content is the responsibility of the User who provided it, and does not represent our views. 13.2. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within 24 (twenty-four) hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 (fifteen) days, consistent with Applicable Law. See the Grievance Redressal Policy for details.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
14.1. These Website Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Service (including arbitration seated in Hyderabad), the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website.
15. GENERAL
15.1. Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
15.2. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
